Refunds

Refund requests for Spa Collective gift vouchers must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.  If you would like to request a refund please contact our team at info@spacollective.com.au.

Any refund requests received more than 30 days from the purchase date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Spa Collective is not liable for providing a refund if the refund request is received more than 30 days after purchase.

Refunds are only permitted for valid vouchers that have not been used at all. Once a booking has been made with an affiliate spa, your voucher cannot be cancelled and is not refundable.

Any refund will be processed as an EFT transaction back to the purchaser only.

All valid and unused Spa Collective gift vouchers are fully transferable. The Spa Collective accepts no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent gift vouchers. It is the responsibility for the gift voucher recipient to ensure that gift vouchers and gift voucher barcodes are kept secure.
